Just has a funny chat with my daughter when I asked her if she was going to The Dancing lol who would’ve thought that was a term from the ‘olden days’ apparently.
Where was your favourite ‘Dancing’ back in the day? Ours was The Ultrateque in the Glasgow |

"Strathclyde Student Union, Fury Murrays... occasionally ended up in The Tunnel which my mates loved but I always thought was shite!
Fury Murray’s, that rings a bell, where was that? "
Round the back of St Enochs... think there was a lap dancing place next door.
Music was always brilliant....and I may have dragged Mr into the toilet and had my wicked way with him too one night |

QMU in the early 90s was excellent. Occasionally Caltipats which was shite. Just kept forgetting how crap it was and got dragged back again and again.
Note to self. Not safe hiding from Doggie in the toilets. |

Someone might know the name of this pub....
On Ingram Street...circa 1989..remember they had a DJ and a dance floor. Went in a night out with my aunt and her work mates when I was 15 I remember getting chatted up and my aunt nearly setting about the guy and he shat it when she said I was only 15 . Cannot for the life of me remember the name of the pub.... |

They used to run busses to Paisley at its peak!! |

The town does feel like there’s very few places these days, or maybe it’s just an age thing for me |
