Just has a funny chat with my daughter when I asked her if she was going to The Dancing lol who would’ve thought that was a term from the ‘olden days’ apparently.

Where was your favourite ‘Dancing’ back in the day? Ours was The Ultrateque in the Glasgow

QMU in the early 90s was excellent. Occasionally Caltipats which was shite. Just kept forgetting how crap it was and got dragged back again and again.

Note to self. Not safe hiding from Doggie in the toilets.

Used to go to Harlequins next to the cathedral in Glasgow and Henry Aftkas.

In Paisley it was Paris, Toledo Junction and the Cotton Club.

If it was a works night out (jd sports back in the 90s) we always ended up in the cotton club

Other than than then furys got visited a few times as did bonkers

Must mostly for me it was the cathouse on brown Street then Union Street and also the rat trap

Someone might know the name of this pub....

On Ingram Street...circa 1989..remember they had a DJ and a dance floor. Went in a night out with my aunt and her work mates when I was 15 I remember getting chatted up and my aunt nearly setting about the guy and he shat it when she said I was only 15 . Cannot for the life of me remember the name of the pub....

How about a couple of golden oldies, Accies stand club with resident DJ Funky Frankie, and what about 3d's , this was on same site as Hamilton palace but many moons before. If you me a female from Larkhall you were guaranteed yer hole.
