Following the burlesque thread I think we need a definitive playlist of everyone's stripper/ sex songs..

I can either think of songs that are filth or loves songs, my brain is missing the bit in between! That'll me the bit that's filled with sawdust! Or wee cars and they are all crashing into each other. |

I think Jarvis Cocker wrote some of the sexiest songs of his generation. There's seductive undertones in lots of his work, but it usually has a dark undercurrent to it.
'This Is Hardcore', 'Seductive Barry' and 'Feelingcalledlove' perfect examples.
Suede's 'The Asphalt World' is a work of art sexually, but for all the wrong reasons. |

Pulp are great. Different Class is one of my favourite albums. I didn't didnt discover it until 2001 I think it was a kind of coming of age album for me at that point. It made me really think about sex for the first time as something more complex . |

Come on Over (Turn Me On) - Isobel Campbell and Mark Lanegan
The Moneymaker - Rilo Kiley
And the next one is more the album as a whole. I've never seen anyone talk about it or recommend it and it does have a rather lengthy title...
Lovage: Music To Make Love To Your Old Lady By - Nathaniel Merriweather (Feat Mike Patton and Jennifer Charles)
It just oozes sexuality from every beat, bar and lyric. Very much complements the burlesque vibe you're going for with it's tales of fantasy and noirish/smoky jazz club atmosphere. |

May I suggest you check out a song called Neglekted by Afghan Whigs, it combines that sounds but with some damn sexy lyrics. You won't be disappointed! |
