Really sad to hear this, for myself and no doubt bubbly as well it has to be the doomed masquerade ball in Edinburgh, we flat shared or at least we were supposed to but as usual puck and friends ended up finding an after party once the Frankenstein’s shenanigans were over for the night, his highlight apparently when I dropped the towel after coming out the shower and loved making me blush and generally jut giving us all something to laugh about, over the years coming on and off fab he was one of the real gents who always remembered you and made you feel so welcome to be back RIP tam and enjoy the party up there xx |

Tam was one of the first folk from Fab I met, socially or otherwise, became a fast friend and sort of took me under his wing for a bit, including arranging for me to go to my first social without me knowing until I signed into chat and got told he was watching my dogs and I was sent off with the lovely Sioux and Huny to Dundee. If it weren't for him doing that I'd probably still never of been to a social and met any of the other awesome folk I have from here that have become friends 3 |

First met Puck and Lil at Dana's and spent most of my time hiding behind Dana shy as anything and also a bit scared of puck without his teeth Met him other times at socials etc and he could pull off the grandad moves on the dancefloor what a legend |

I first met Puck over 8 years ago. He was as some say as mad as a box of frogs but he also had a good heart. He picked me up with his kindness when I was in not a good place, such a shame you never let anyone do that for you. RIP Puck you wont be forgotten and your memory will live on with the Fab Family you had.

Puck was always in charge of the firewood at camping trips once you showed him what wood was actually suitable
Plenty laughs with the fella over the years. |

Forgot to say how I met him. Back in 2011 a weekend with friends in Glasgow. Met him at CJ's and left him without telling him my name. He stalked me and found me in the Northern Chat room. Our friendship went on from there and continued to this day. |

So shocked to hear this. I knew grots from way back on the other site. Never met a man so generous. Opening his home last minute to host a dear friends surprise birthday, never able to prize him off the dance floor, and always keeping an eye out for everyone. His loss is sorely felt by many. I'll raise my beer to you buddy. |

Like some I knew on monday when he was found, but seeing there was nothing mentioned in forum etc.. I kept quiet out of respect, like Sioux said i assumed people that needed to know still didn't so refrained. I put my status up today because i noticed the other updates appearing, but held back from naming...
Though I know Lil better than puck, he was nothing but a gent to Me. He had absolutely no understanding of transgenderism, leading to many an amusing Pm in chat though he didn't get it, He was always respectful...
My most vivid memory of the man i suppose was his repeated thanking Me for looking after the girls on Lils hen night in Newcastle... He said one night "JoJo I cant thank you enough, i'll shake yer hand next time i see ye, but am no kissing you".... I just replied "Dinnae worry cunto trust Me am no wanting a kiss, especially fae you ya bawbag" ....
Thats the banter we had, just the type of guy he was....RIP 'Puckles' x |

I’ve been on a time-out or would have commented much sooner .... so sad to hear this news. He was a great guy, in all the years we have known him never heard him say a bad word about anyone. The life and soul of the socials in years gone by and King of the old chat room. RIP xx |

I didn’t know Puck well but often enjoyed his banter in the chat and always thought I’d really like to meet this guy in person one day. Sadly not to be the case.
Thoughts to lil family and clearly all those whose lives he clearly touched in such a positive way. RIP mate. |

Like many I have know Tam for many years he was a man with a heart as big as a mountain and an even bigger personality, he was always there if you needed a shoulder and would do anything in his power to help if needed. We maybe didn’t speak as much as we once did but now there is a huge black hole in my life just knowing he isn’t there .
Sleep tight Tam

Shocked and saddened to hear of Tam's passing.
Many a laugh we had on the old Forums, back in the early days. Again at the Camping BBQ he was life n soul of the day/night.
Never heard him say a bad word about anyone, genuine lovely guy. We didn't speak often but when we did it was like it had only been yesterday.
RIP Buddy! xx |

Although most of you won't know me on this profile I just want to say that at one time Tam was like my brother from another mother.. too many crazy stories to know where to start.. any night was a mad night with Tam at the helm...
But there was far more to the man than that.. he was a kind, caring man who would do anyone a good turn.. my biggest regret.. losing touch..
Take it easy Big Fella!! |

I didn't know this chap, just wanted to pass on my condolences to all of you who knew him.
They have dates on grave stones born and died. But it's the dash in between that's so important. It sounds like he lived his dash to the full.
RIP |

I just wanted to add my condolences to lil and her family, Sadly I never got to meet Puck but often had some real good banter in the Scotland chatroom, his dry sense of humour made him get away with pretty much anything but it was never disrespectful, he was in the truest meaning of the word a real proper gentleman and fab will be a sadder place with him not being around. RIP buddy |

It’s taken a while to sign back in to write this, & still not sure I’ll find adequate words.
Today I said a quiet goodbye to Tam who was the first person to speak to my better half online. Sometime later I met Tam (then Grotbag) at a Social from another site. It was our first Social from this particular Scottish Group & we got chatting as you do at these things. From that day on I had no idea our paths would continue to align in that freaky way it does when you’re part of an online group of friends, not only in Glasgow but a few memorable Edinburgh Socials.
Fast forward a bit & again our paths met only this time via a mutual friend, Sioux. As you’ll see from other comments a favourite place was “The Gouch Couch” where I recall too many funny, outrageous, hysterical, intoxicating nights that normally stretched into the next day.
Whilst it’s easy to lose touch online with profile name changes (he was now Puck, I was Random) we somehow always managed to collide & the stars would align yet again for many memorable nights of fun & chaos. But always Tam would be the same fella I knew from those early days, & the magic sparkle would be inevitable.
More recently his circumstances had changed along with his username, & I had taken to hiding my profile when on my breaks from Fab. However, somehow I knew he’d stray into my thoughts & another fun night would not be too far off.
Sadly, today I had to say goodbye to Tam at his packed out funeral & comfort the friends he left behind. Somehow I feel our paths are yet to cross again though it might not be anytime soon. So here’s to you Tam... a good man, a generous heart, & one of those “characters” who won’t be forgotten anytime soon (& certainly not by me).
Keep the tunes blazin’ Buddy till we next hook up & can share a laugh. |

He was a true gent and always did anything for his friends, cooked a mean dinner and ffs had my sides splitting with laughter. He will be sorely missed |
