Over a week since ive seen MSD , we decided Fridays would be date night couple of years ago when the marriage was getting a bit mundane and it certainly spruced things back up. Xx |

I'm lucky enough to still lie in bed but my head started to beg for coffee. I will watch some football as no gym today. Basically lazy day ahead.

Shopping this afternoon for a birthday pressie for Pip (New Coat) although after this morning she's suggesting a new bed!
Date night tonight Steak dinner and a movie.
Tomorrow weather looking increasing bad, so possibly a duvet day! |

Still in bed, a bit of housework when I can muster the strwngth a week in bed not well and it’s piling up, cjs tonight and bike show tomorrow, was meant to be at the rugby so I’ll have that on in the background |

Well that was a great idea. Got my winter tyres off inn Friday and as always. It snows. This has to be the coldest bike run I have ever done. 12 miles in just over an hour and it’s back into the bath for me. |
