Lying flat on the floor and lift both legs so they're straight up, lifting your bum and tilting legs towards your head if you can. Works the lower stomach muscles x |

At the moment just a coat hook it was my first time doing it outside of a teaching setting so I just wanted to stick to basic stuff thankful I had people around who could keep me right and offer advice. Hounestly best feeling ever haha its so relaxing |
