So i have joined the gym again. Aim is to bulk up and put some muscle on. i used to go before with friends but that just always turns in to having a bit of a laugh. This time i want to be serious about it. Also used to do different martial arts, but now i just want to concentrate on bulking up and weight training. want to go from being slim to average/medium build. So looking for a professional trainer, who can direct me and make me a constructive plan - set me on the right path kind of thing.
so if anyone on here is a trainer or if you know someone and can recommend them then please message me. also feel free to give any helpful advice.
