The Peak or get through to Grangmouth.
They have a decent pool.
I used to go to Grangmouth when it opened at 6am. It was brilliant only two or three people swimming and not using it as a fun pool.

Thanks guys. Looks like peak is where ill need to try. Hopefully not to busy and afew lanes out to use. Is there a sauna or jaquzzi there to relax after a session |

There's either a steam room or sauna...
The large pool always has a couple of lanes set out for swimmers at least. Just depends on what lessons are happening in there too.
