Three night out invitations for tonight plus the possibility of the social that's on... But young kids, no babysitters and W working tonight means none are happening. Just as well as I'm now full of the cold and and the youngest has chicken pox. Some nights just aren't meant to be.

What was it about? Love listening to them on YouTube and pretending I'm dead brainy. "
Orchestrated Emotions  it was really interesting we got to hear a few good talks, one from a sports psychologist who worked with an Olympic team, a woman that studies compassion and a rock climber, that's just a couple of the speakers tho. It will be up on YouTube at some point so keep an eye out for it. It was done through the university of Strathclyde, if I come across it I will PM you a link or post it here |
