Yeah, I have spoken with and speaking to a couple of people and met up too but 'successful' makes it sound like a challenge or competition. In my limited experience on here and reading forum posts some guys seem to think that as soon as you join women will come flocking to you. How many times have you walked into a bar and 100 women descended upon you......I know it's never happened to me. |

Never made a/gained one fabswinging meet or contact via a social or going to cjs ever.
Not saying its a bad thing, just balancing the theory, and im not saying that as some kind of,never had a meet bitter man, was a busy boy with various fun arrangements over the years. |

Aye it's crap for single guys on here but you need to remember if you can actually hold a normal adult conversation and not be a total shit cunt when rejected then that's half the battle as you can converse plus it's a case of brush it off and move on you get one crack at life don't fuck it by being a twat ENJOY IT!!!! |

Look at it the other way.
What percentage of guys are not quite the catch they think they are. Unable string a sentence together longer than" want to fuck". Chippy to the point of being obnoxious. Keyboard lothario. Or just plain nuts. If you add in the large group where there is just no chemistry probably about 92%. Not me of course. |

The forum socials and cj's are such a small part of fab. Yes you can get veris from these events but are there people at them that you want to play with or is it because they are there and up for it.
I think at the beginning for guys it's partly down to luck |

If your polite , patient and funny your success rate will be relative to the time you want to put in. I hear so many guys winge about bad mannered ladies etc , but if you had 1200 unread messages , you’d need a secretary to handles responses , photos a must , be original , polite and funny , time and patience pays off |

Fab is only any good as a faicility for intoductions for single guys (some are social bereft of any charm) iv had a few meets from here a long while ago but best way is socials or clubs that way everyone gets the chance to evaluate It can then be a safe way to keep in touch or ingratiate with others |

It is a strange phenomenon, but if your having zero success it compounds its self in many ways site wise, with very little look ups, no messages, literally no interest.
Yet see if you start to get busy, have a few healthy feedback verifications, suddenly there is interest and not just females or couples, if you had a party or a group thing, whoosh, “ hi pal keep me in mind for the next one” , pal? I have random pals because I’m doing what they wanted to be doing lol.
Did learn how irritating daft one line messages can be certainly, no intro, no useful info, just someone with a can’t be arsed typing a whole sentence attitude. |

Some excellent feedback and banter here  . For the record I’m always polite and I know I’m not everyone’s cup of tea so I don’t throw strops when rejected. I have met a few good people in here and hope to meet more. Gonna try and get myself to after 8 sometime, never been and been wanting to go for ages |

It’s a bit of a mixed bag, really. When I first joined, I had quite a few social meets and one of those led to a regular thing for a year or so ... then something similar again for nine months or so after that.
Much quieter over the last year - but, then, I maybe haven’t put the same time and effort into it.

I've not had a meet yet but tbh I'm not Overly fussed about that, when I get one I will get one. Just loving the forums at the moment haha.
I have been verified by a friend I met outside of fab years ago so a least people know I'm real.
But verification doesn't always meen instant meets either, just enjoy the chat and see what happens |

Imagine that You're a guy. How would You start the conversation? It wouldn't be pathetic hi or hello, would it? I know that some guys here are worse thatn chavs but sometimes it's really hard to get someone's attention. Obviously messages like "how are You?" Or "how's your day" are being deleted straight away. Not all single guys here are assholes

Isn't this an interesting thread coming up at the right time due to Fab I have been to Scotland twice. Based on that alone the "success" rate (if that is the terminology up there these days) is sky high... literally. My next road trip coming up to visit will be this year.
