I don’t think there is a bad swear word , properly delivered and preceded by Bastardin is a favourite of mine , apart from Bastard obviously. Then you sound like a Tory MP trying to be cool ,

It's even funnier in the context of an overweight, unfit, middle aged man screaming this at a very fit, talented, 20-something professional athlete.
