So apparently with its auto detect exercise feature my fitbit says I had a cycle on sunday
Well not to my knowledge there must be a fault
No wait a minute..... It appears that exercise auto detect recognises wanking as outdoor cycling as the time it says I was cycling it is surprisingly the same time rough I was having a some solo time lol
Well I suppose it can be exercise lol |

I gave up on these gadgets, the one thing it was spot on at measuring was blood pressure and sleep.
I started using calories burned calculators ,they're incredibly accurate tho they should be as athletes use them. |
