Who's feeling it today?
I think the social must have worked a treat for us - it's a pretty good day here  plus, plans for February have been made when I didn't think we'd get a chance for anything 
So what's keeping away the January blues for you? Or are you feeling particularly blue today and in need of a virtual hug?

I've been feeling grand but my pleasant mood and good humour is fading fast! I'm just knackered from an accidental all nighter so need a few hours kip!

To be honest I felt like shit yesterday couldn't lift my spirit all day kept over thinking everything I've done wrong over the last yr. Thankfully manage to get out of it with a little help. |

I think those kinds of days are good sometimes if they help you to refocus and appreciate the good/find what needs to change and how to do it. Glad to hear you're out of it now
