What do you do when you’re wide awake at stupid o’clock in the morning?

Contemplation waking up hubby for some light exercise however not sure that will go down well at 4.00am lol

Other than that........what are you up to? X

Come on here for a nosey. Been awake since 3am and start work at 7am, gonna be a long day lol

If I was the hubby I wouldn't mind be woke up for some fun. Would love to be woke with a nice set of lips working there magic

I will be sure to tell him what he missed out on lol he’s been unwell for a while now so I’m happy to see he’s finally getting a good sleep

I don’t tend to sleep much tbh. 4 or 5 hours a night is a good night for me. I tend to perv on here, play candy crush or read my book.

On the odd occasion I do like to waken someone up for some nocturnal activities. He loves it.

I envy people like you, I can't function properly without more sleep. It's such and advantage in life to only need 4/5 hours.

Not when you’re shattered at 10 at night and you know you’re gonna be up at 2/3 in the morning.

Up at 4am on a Friday and wake exactly the same time on a sat when I’m off.

Been on shifts since I was 15 and certainly fucks the auld body clock up.

I just get up and potter about or head to gym for a perv.

I usually read a book or if I'm horny, I would do the usual.

A weird thing I do is to try and see the stars on the inside of my eyelids.

Weird! But it works.

I have a condition that makes me eat when I can’t sleep, it’s called Insom-nom-nom-nom-nia lol

Try stretching all your muscles starting with toes and working up your legs and the rest of your body, do it slowly so it relaxes each set of muscles. Usually get as far as thighs before fall asleep.

I've had insomnia so much it is starting to worry me.
