He got in an accident yesterday people blaming his age . He gave up flying because people saying he was too old at 55 I think so I'm guessing if the accident had anything to do with age he would have given that up too. Just because he is the queen's husband it's making headlights I'm sure there were many other car accidents yesterday nobody heard anything about.

Mother and baby where in the other car which the BBC news failed to even mention

My son asked a great question this morning..was he breathalized? Which random bobby 1st on the scene was gonna ask the queens husband for a sample?

Good enough for us commoners?

5 fatalities on that road = no action

Royal = speed camera and reduction in speed limit

From what I read, he was breathalysed, which is why we know he was the driver.

Aye doubt that’s going to happen

Old fuddy duddy, we’ll see if anything will happen or probably more likely get swept under the carpet

Big bullet proof Land Rover saved him.

If he was driving a regular car outcome probably been fatal.

Within 24hrs he’s got a new Land Rover I seen.

Probably at tax’s payers expense.

There are older drivers on the road! There was even a TV programme about them.

The road in question is having the speed limit reduced due to the number of accidents on that stretch of road. The council were discussing it this week and it was already in the agenda before this accident.

Why is everyone so quick to blame the Duke for the accident? Experts on road accidents all of a sudden from poor journalism and a couple of photos?

I’ve not seen any reports which state that anyone had a broken wrist.

What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

I know there are older drivers, not doubting that, but c’mon he’s 97 ffs,

I don’t want to drive at that age, if I reach that age.

I was surprised to hear he was still driving as when i last saw him he could hardly walk and looked very shakey. Maybe he should get an electric scooter. Im all for older people driving if fit but most of them on the roads these days are not.

Has he lost his bus pass? At 97 years old his reaction times are questionable..it's time for him to hand his driver's license back or the DVLA should make him before he kills someone.

Absolutely no reason for him to be driving at his age. Not as though he's some poor old buddy living in a remote area with no one to nip out and get him a loaf and a pint of milk.

But again he is 97, anyone else would have had there licence took off them YEARS ago.

Or told to hand it in to DVLA.

Get the old man into an electric scooter if he wants to be out and about, would you be saying that if there was any fatalities?

This is not a dig at the old duke but I’ve seen some questionable driving from a lot of older folks over the years.....granted there are a lot of younger drivers that shouldn’t have passed a test but there should be a compulsory CBT type course periodically say every three years when you’re under 70? and make it a yearly thing over 70 to prove your still safe on the road.

I know others are too quick to blame, it was not even the Dukes fault it was the Suns fault he could not see as he emerged on to the road. On second would going on to a road when you can't even see what's coming be a case for a dangerous driving charge?

Green arrow shows your posting history. Hardly a riddle.

However, even excluding your posts on other threads on here you've claimed the following:

You doubt Philip would be breathalised - Well has was.

He's got a new Land Rover at tax payers expense - I'd assume like everyone else the insurers would have replaced it.

At 97 anyone else would've had their licence taken off them "Years ago" - Not true.

Anyone else would've been put in an old folks home years ago - Ridiculous claim to make.

As I say, envy is a terrible thing. Can't think of any other reason for posting the nonsense you have.

You call it envy, now let’s see.

Brand new Land Rover within 24hrs, would this happen with anyone else, NOPE.

Take yonks, probably even rejection. especially at 97 to claim insurance and whatever else with paperwork/phonecalls.

But I’m sure he’s got an elite team on it.

Or as bold I as said “swept under the carpet”

Driving the new Land Rover, without a seatbelt (photographed)

You call envy if you like.

I ain’t going to change what I said

One rule for him, one rule for us

Again this old fuddy duddy seems to say “fuck you”

I’m sure anyone else, public enquiry/hang them/ban for life.

But NAAA, envy apparently.

Prince Philip, AWW, lets all pander.

Driving again without a seatbelt, no care for himself or anyone else, enough said.

Anyone else would've been put in an old folks home years ago - Ridiculous claim to make.

As I say, envy is a terrible thing. Can't think of any other reason for posting the nonsense you have.
