Quite literally.
Always fancied getting the auld sewage pipe cleaned oot as apparently makes you feel better and was looking at local clinics in Edinburgh.
However ! Being rather shy I thought why not purchase an enema kit !
It hit the door mat this morning and upon opening my chin dropped and eyes bulged at the attachments and size of the bag ! 
Fellow shaggers can anyone pass on any hints as no instructions regarding how long to wait before dropping the kids off at pool or best position for administering etc ?  |

I had it done once years ago but that was in a private clinic. Felt rather euphoric afterwards
Helped that I wasn't a stranger to having something up my bum though. |

Yeah watched a few. Most seem contradictory.
Got a nice message from a lass in the business advising I just go with the over counter Movicol approach and leaving 2 clear days before I venture outside |

This is one of the daftest posts I have ever read. This is not recognised medical practice except in cases of severe constipation and in the hands of a clown is simply dangerous.
I have no idea what sort of nonsense "kit" you have bought on the internet but a standard enema will merely clear out your rectum and not even touch your colon because that's not how it works. So if you've had a shit that day, the day before, the day before that or maybe even the day before that then it serves no purpose whatsoever. You won't be able to hold on the the enema, it will dictate what you pass when you pass.
So whatever quack you've spoken to or whatever quack website you've done your research on they've simply mislead you as there are a whole pile of unqualified, ignorant and dangerous alternative practitioners out there to separate a fool and his money with the promise of making them feel better. But maybe you'll experience the placebo effect, who knows. |
