"Nobody going to try burning it off with sex? The don't call it horizontal jogging for nothing
"
I'm with you on that! Much more fun and something you can do for hours and still want to do even when you are tired, muscles are trembling and you can't feel your legs! LMAO |

Im shifting it slowly - cut out the crap, stick to diet juice if any. Low fat foods, nothing fried, and work my saggy ass off. Thankfully im in a job where im on my feet all day moving so i get a minimum of 7 hours exercise. |

more north lincs than mids! |
i use a website called myfitnesspal. insert all your details and it tells you how many calories you should be consuming a day. Any exercise you do means extra calories to eat.
Its a great tool, they even have an app for the ipad/iphone. Best of all, it's free to use |

I think I need to do something about my diet. I play football and badminton once a week and go to 2 or 3 gym classes and use the treadmill. Don't shift any weight though. I'm impressed with the loss of 34lbs....whoever it was who did that. How long did that take? |

"remember that muscle weighs more than fat too !"
Muscle weighs exactly the same as fat, or coal or even feathers, it's more dense though and it burns more calories than fat.
Cardio and diet is best for losing weight, I use weight watchers, as it used to be fairly simple and effective. From the 23rd Dec to today I have exercised 20 times over 22 days (I've a winter sun holiday to try and look good for!). Yes I am feeling rather smug about it . As for being vain, i think it is more a lack of self confidence.
All the best
