Something electronic I imagine lol or vouchers I prefer anyone really to get me vouchers. I know it's not something she can unwrap as such but at 16 she prob knows exactly what she wants and it's not a barbie xxx

Kindles for a 16 year old will get her slaughtered by people her own age, they are good for adults but not for teens, with teens it's IPad 2/ sony viao's or nothing just now. I'd go with vouchers for where she shops or where she gets her hair done xx

If she is arty, book her a session making a paperweight - was a big hit with my daughter.

You could also consider driving theory and/or one of the driving lessons you can book at a motor sports centre as the next birthday she will be able to get her provisional.

My niece wanted the works of one W shakespeare.

you could get her what she actually needs, instead of wants though.

16.. gadgets and fashion will be a nightmare if you don't know exactly. Kindles aren't cool for kids as RedGlitter says.

I'd go with a generic shopping centre voucher for the nearest big centre to them

Don't get a kindle , If she has a smart phone ( She probably will ) then you can get the app that does the same thing so she won't use it anyway .

Depends on how much you wish too spend.

Since its her 16th you should get her a barbour jacket they are extremely trendy ay minute she would be envy of all her friends and you my friend would become a legend.

You would pick a cracker up for 140 of you can spend that much
