"We don’t do social meets so for us anyone asking to meet for a coffee etc would just get a no thanks x"
I hardly ever have either, done as most specify,"read the profile",then once sure im messaging without glossing over the specifics,i ping an intro style message.
This reads like im some kind of busy bee on here, im really not.
Some of the best fun ever had has been with, direct,no nonsense people,it trips some people up. |

"I actually don't like coffee lol
I just reply a polite no thanks.,most guys appreciate anyone taking time to even say, no thanks, "
Will second that. A polite no thanks goes along way. Especially for those who take the time to actually read profiles and can actually have a conversation. Never started with rude comments or pictures but the amount of people who are up their own arse and just plain rude is incredibly frustrating. They need to follow their on introductions sometimes. |

When I first joined I used to reply to every message but way too many take amp thanks as the opportunity to strike up conversation. I would never be nasty or cruel, but now I tend to just delete as I get too many messages to spend time responding and trying to end conversations with people you’re not interested in.
I do read a profile before deleting or replying though. If there’s nothing in the profile, you know the ones that just say “I’ll fill this out later” it the “I’m a straight man looking to meet women” ones, it goes straight to delete |

I'll reply with a polite no thanks if they are just not what I'm looking for IF they have been polite and actually took time to read my profile...
the boring one liners generally get ignored, the ones that ask for something I clearly say on my profile i dont do get instantly deleted.... and the rude, offensive arsehole messages either get blocked or earn a colourful reply
Its just the height of bad manners to not read or choose to ignore the profile of someone you message or repeatedly keep messaging someone who isnt interested |
