Watched this at the weekend, I thought it was brilliant. Anyone else watched it and what are your thoughts?

Really enjoyed it. Found myself being a proper weirdo and laughing my head off when I recognised Doune Castle from the split second view of what is now the toilets/staff office because we take the kidlets often. Lots of 'x child climbed on top of that the other week and I had to drag them off' moments in that but in the castle

If you know the story of Bruce he was no longer an outlaw after Bannockburn.

Great film, I never liked the ending as much. Could of kept it more in line with history but great film.

I thought at first its been set up for a sequal but as its netflix it'll prob end up a second rate series.

I was dissapointed with it, I felt it was mixed up in parts and didn't really portray him the way I imagined they would.

I still watched it though and will watch the sequel if there is one.

Movie was brilliant! I managed to blag a wee extra spot. Being one of the macdougal clan haha was lots of fun!— that Aaron Taylor Johnson is a crackpot in it lol

I thought it was brilliant apart from the King looking too much like Marcus Wearing from master chef. Apparently it is one of three.

It was watchable. Great scenery and well shot although I don’t think the grass verges in Glencoe would have been that neat.

Was supposed to be a 3 part tv show, but changed to feature length movie, apparently.
