I'm sick of hot toddiea, chicken soup and vicks on the sole of my feet, (a proven remedy). Any other things I should try? Any females fancy giving me a sponge bath? |

Fresh apple juice mixed with water half and half ratio and go to the swimming pool for a sauna. sweat it out, but keep hydrated. |

Agreed on this to help.
Hot honey and lemon drink for a sore throat - proper honey and lemon, none of the lemsip stuff.
Steamy shower with a minty shower gel does wonders for sinuses.

I recently started with this and it’s defiantly made a difference. Even if you take it once you have a cold it will quickly rid of the symptoms. |

Hot honey and lemon drink for a sore throat - proper honey and lemon, none of the lemsip stuff.

There was one time I had a stinker, and my boss and friends were buying drinks all night, and kept feeding me toddies. I floated ho to my hotel room that night, and had a blissful night! Not so blissful the next morning. Mind! |

Day nurse and night nurse tablets are good too. The night ones totally knock you out lol"
