I was just back from the Xmas market with loads of new cheeses etc so yes was good
Plus I'd had other foods

Last night it was a Mac and Cheese toastie for dinner.
Sounds kinda plain I know, but it was a 3-cheese sauce which was nice and thick, then like the Breville's of old I buttered the outside of the bread to give it a more toastied look.
Was pure yum!
