So I’m just throwing this out as a general question.
I’m looking to get a 3 bedroom flat in Edin(rent out 2 rooms) and was thinking I’d maybe look for people who are ‘open minded’ to my sort of lifestyle. Does anyone think this is a good idea ? I’m not looking to be having gangbangs and sex parties constantly but if I invited strangers round everyone once in a while they’d be open minded to it and I do also like to wander about naked .

Don't know how you would advertise the rooms! You have to mention that in your ad otherwise you're wasting people's time, also walking around your house naked might not be acceptable to even swingers renting your rooms, great if you can get what you're looking for but it'll be hard to find I think! |

1 bed flats say average 500 a three bed flat average say 800-1000 I think the maths say it all plus then splitting council tax three ways amongst all other bills |

Why not rent them out through Air BnB and you’ll only need to rent them out for few days a month for the same income. August you’d be busy the whole month for instance. Make your money and then rent out rooms when there’s a social event on for example. |
