Well its fast approaching the wonderful glasgow christmas social.
As the other post is full we thought we would take this chance to just update you. So at the moment we are full for single males but we still have spaces for single ladies and couples.
We are going to leave this guestlist open until the 17th of November to allow people to pay for their place. After this date we will not be taking anymore names. This is to allow us to get the last things in place and also so we can relax and enjoy the night.

An xmas social, I don't think going casual will work in well but then again we all dress the way we feel comfortable. If you felt more comfortably causal then do it but have to admit usually most guys either are suited up or kilts on |

I'm gonna be wearing a white crevate and braces and pink handkerchief in my suit jacket lapel and a bobbletop on my head. and its no a 'look at me' dress sense

I saw on another site a Xmas Social night out and someone saying about doing a secret Santa but only spending £5 and then another one person suggested instead to buy a small gift to give into a food bank or kids charity. And thought what a really good idea I have a habit of sticking a can or 2 into the food bank box it my local Tesco but never thought of this. |

Bit off topic, but I did a reverse advent calendar last year. For each day in December, I put an item of food, toiletries, crackers etc into a box & donated it to a food bank.

That’s a awesome idea I know it was totally off topic of me but I was doing some online Xmas shopping and thought the price of a drink ... this is something that we could do at the Xmas Social rather than the usual secret Santa or buying gifts for other people who may be attending this event and do some good at the same time as having a good time.

Guest list is now closed, we won’t be taking anymore payments as we are now full ( unless we spoke to you yesterday ) no one has cancelled so unfortunately we won’t be able to open any reserve spaces. Please remember if you do cancel we won’t be offering refunds your payment will go to charity along with the raffle proceeds.
We have used some of your payments to buy some cracking raffle prizes but you are welcome to bring something along on the night if you wish to donate a prize.

yeah really looking forward to this, being able to chill with likeminded people who are out for a good time, laugh and banter.
There will be nervous people and a few first timers to the social but after 5 minutes they will realise it just going to be a great evening and such a laugh.

I'm up in Glasgow for a works do.

As with most socials ( that we know) details are sent out on the day, we’ve got a few of you to message so hoping to have them all sent out by mid afternoon. We’ll update this post when we’re done, if you didn’t get a message and think you should have them let us know as it’s easy to for one or two to slip through
