The clocks are going back at 2am on Sunday morning what you doing with the extra hour ? I’ll hopefully be sleeping for the extra hour .

i did one nightshift and to watch 2am become 1am was tough to say the least

So instead of getting up at 5 it will be 4 for dogging. ( dog walking) can't seem to sleep past that time. Grrr

You'll be fine. My arm was a little bit sore but it went away after 1 day.

One day of discomfort against a few months of flu protection?

Of course I bloody didn't say that! I made damned good use of the time!
