Can someone please tell me how I change my settings so people can invite me as a friend?

Someone has told me I have blocked people adding but no idea why

Go into account check your email and privacy settings for blocks

You must have blocked them either by age or sex or something on your message filters.

If you change your message filters they'll be able to add you.
