"Anyone else looking forward to series 2? Think it's out on the 19th of this month on Netflix.
God bless Kodi "
Very much so.
First serious was fascinating....I cannot believe he’s still in prison (even more incredulous that his nephew was convicted).
I don’t think he’s squeaky clean by any means, but his conviction looked like a total fit up.

The guilty parties are the Manitowoc sheriffs department, and the Wisconsin courts. It is clear they fitted them up, faced with a multi-million dollar payout for wrongful imprisonment. Imaging what it would cost them now? |

I was reading something the other day that shed some light on the evidence that wasn't disclosed in the TV series.
Very interesting... Really looking forward to what happens next. |

You think Stephen Avery is guilty?" i have a gut feeling he is , I know gut feelings and circumstance doesn’t and shouldn’t convict , evidence wise he shouldn’t be in jail , just my gut feeling he is ,if that makes any sense |

There was enough evidence suppressed in season 1 that, if presented, would have put reasonable doubt in the minds of the jury.
Watching this, and the Menendez series, it seems that US judges tend to ignore what they chose, rather than remain impartial. Then there is fact that in the Menendez trials, the same judge sat on both the original and retrial. That should never have been allowed.
Avery and Dassey should be tried again out of state, to reduce the influence of Manitowoc, Calumet and Wisconsin corruption. |

Menendez brothers were definitely guilty, new interviews the other week where they (or at least one of them) admitted it. |

If this is true then I’m looking very happy to it.
I found the fiesta series very interesting and always thought there would be a 2nd series.
Too much was unanswered!

The Menendez brothers have always said they did it, but the courts have dismissed the mitigating circumstances of long term sexual abuse. |

Would you rather he was found guilty or innocent? I just think it would be terrible if he was found to be innocent and wrongly imprisoned all this time. |

I can’t get my head around the American justice system , The prosecutors give press conferences before the trial , before he’s charged that the found Teresa’s blood in his house and car keys , In the UK that’s jurisprudence, and he walks , Said to Mrs D , there’s something in my gut that says he’s not innocent this time , but mega looking forward to it |

I’ve moved from the did they / didn’t they after the 1st series to now thinking they’ve locked 2 innocent men up by either sheer negligence or skullduggery (probably both), new lawyer knows her stuff |

It gets worse as part 2 goes on that new lawyer just picks apart everything that they tried to pin on him |
