If you’ve got clear footage then a lot of police forces will take it and use it to prosecute, some even have websites for you to upload them to.
As for Police Scotland, I’m not sure. However, I know of a driver in Ayrshire who reported an incident to the police. They came round and took a copy of the footage and have prosecuted the bad driver. |

There is abit in highway code which states slowing down and pass with caution. You would be amazed at the drivers that speed passed at 60 which even the best controlled horses would spook at. My daughter almost ended up under a lorry as it went passed at atleast 40mh but lucky she was able get him back under control after he spooked.
So guess that can be classed as dangerous driving. |

Yes it can. I see it all the time and it pisses me off.
If possible, I try and stop and turn the engine off when I’m in a lorry and if I’ve got a fridge I’ll power that down as well. It’s only for 60-90 seconds. It’s not that big of a deal.
Ignorant bastards that treat riders with contempt need to lose their licence. Pricks.  |
