I called my boss this morning told him I hate wind and I’d be working from home. Neighbours tree just came down narrowly missing my livingroom window...I may have been safer in the office!!

I'm a volunteer warden for a community woodland in the borders so I'm heading there this evening with the chainsaw to check the public road that runs through the woods and remove anything blocking access.

I was on the B711 to Hawick today, fallen trees everywhere on it and it’s a tight wee road as it is.
