So, for those of you who have been on here a while, has Fab made you more cynical? Do you give every new person who messages you the benefit of the doubt or assume they're probably full of shite until they prove otherwise? |

Im always very cautious with anyone mailing me,far to many trouble makers on here .

Getting messages from people who then turn out to be someone or something different from what they said. Fake profiles, fake pics. Being taken in by someone and then feeling like a tit.
Mr has a pretty good bullshit detector so fortunately it doesn't happen often.

You have to be prepared for rejection and take it like a man. The ratio of men to women makes the women have the littlest of preferences just to filter out so many. Which is a shame because lots of amazing experiences are missed out due to such high volumes.

Relative newbie here becoming cynical. Messaged by a verified long term member but not what he seemed. I Was polite as always but gut instinct made me pull back. He was rude and abusive and I blocked.
He has returned with a new profile (old one still there), same pictures on both.
Unsure how to deal with it - seems a bit like stalker traits.
Any advice from long term folks here appreciated. |
