So... watching the Celebrity solitary confinement TV program. 5 days, alone in a ‘pod’ ie a tiny container, no windows, no phone etc... no contact with the outside world. And... no clock.

But... they are allowed 3 ‘luxury’ items.

What would be your 3 items?

Would you struggle

Mine would be: art stuff, a big puzzle and some lavender oil

And I would defo not struggle if I have those with me

Assuming they already provided tea and coffee as essential refreshments it would have to be 2 books and a weighted blanket.

In this context, It’s because it gives you a sense of security... once you are settled, they take them of you which messes up with your head depending on how attached/dependent of them you are
