A project to boost the population of golden eagles in the Scottish borders has been started. 3 young chicks have been taken from their nests in the highlands and relocated to hills around moffat. Hopefully this will be a success as there's no greater sight than watching a golden eagle ride the thermals or swoop for its prey |
