Due to one of my friends taking his own life last night.
Please if anyone on here suffers from any kind of depression please don't bottle it up seek professional advice or talk to someone.

I'm so, so sorry for your loss.
Hope you'll be Ok obviously his family will be hit hard but it hard on all who is close to someone who has took their own life  |

Depression and mental health issues are very common but there’s still a stigma round them. I know this both from a personal perspective and also in a work capacity
Took me a long time to reach out for help and so glad I did. Still have bumps on my road but I’m still here and my story hasn’t ended ;
Always willing to talk to anyone who’s in the same boat xx |

Sorry to hear this ..someone very very close to me suffers depression and their battle is a daily one. They have help now from doctors but so many suffer in silence. Terrible illness xxx |

I'm totally fine it was just a shock I was with him on Thursday and was happy as Larry then you hear he done this 2 days later.
Hopefully he is in a better place now x
