The Scottish accent is so diverse and the actor is from Dumfriesshire so I suppose depends on what accent the Mrs likes or just most Scottish in general

I did explain there are many different accents ( as there are in Wales too ) but think any Scottish accent floats her boat at the moment

I just started to watch series 1 having had my interest piqued by catching a couple of the current series on freeview. It’s surprisingly good. May stimulate another trip up to Scotland |

All depends which Scottish accent tbf as I'm from this great land and trust me I'm baffled by some of it !!
I work in Glasgow but stay miles away and some people I sell cars to jeez I need an interpreter |
