Not at all....there's maybe an initial shock, then I have a wee giggle, then I think fair dos. I have no right to judge, would be completely hypocritical. We have no idea what may be going on in someone's relationship or personal life that will bring them here. |

Kinda made me think about having my full face as my profile picture, so i made another. I don’t have any adventures pictures that I could show off, as of yet. Besides fab is all about having fun so why not have a fun picture? x |

We have messaged people and found out we knew each other. They have been as discreet as us and never mentioned it again . Never met but fair play to them . I think most genuine Fabbers have very high standards when it comes to discretion. |

Had my son out for the day a few weeks back and someone said hi to me when he was with me wtf !! By the time I got home they'd mailed me to say that they'd said hi to me that day !! Hence now my face pic is private and won't give it out unless I have to !! |

I get recognised all the time. Not out and about, but from other people who use the site! It use to annoy me because I never had a clue who they were but now I'm just like aye, whatever!  |

we had somebody the other week message us using a different name once we send face pics they said they knew us. we arent one to kiss and tell people about it cause anybody we tell would ask. so how do you know giving up our little secret aswell so other than maube being a bit awkward if we saw them we wouldnt go blabbing but thats mainly why we keep face pics hidden |

Been recognised a few times now, some have nicely said who they were and then others decide to say they know you then don't say who they are and disappear.
We don't really mind, is not like we're doing anything wrong. |

Only once I think
I’ve a very public job so I’d be in bother if people found out.
I had issues before and caused me a lot of problems
I try and be really careful now though |

I have seen someone I know on fabguys cant stand the bastard and I know it would end his marriage but it’s not my style, discretion is assured regardless of who it is. |

I wasn’t active on the site while I lived with my parents. Was too worried about them getting to know anything.
But now I have no one to answer to in regard of being concerned about anyone recognising me. |

Could be worse, on my last profile I met someone last minute , they initiated the meet, waited until the deed was done then she proceeded to tell me she wasn’t trying to turn me off but that we work at the same site, I told her she was on the noise up, which was disproved when she showed me her ID badge for work, needless to say it was at the time a turn off but what can you do nothing, she knew who I was before even messaging me,
Me though I had no clue haha
Now walk past her often at works and face up yto the awkward eye contact, was weirded out for ages but don’t bother any more, not recognised much though I’ve seen loads I recognise  |

Deleted that by mistake haha I have not been recognised as yet well maybe I have but they have not said anything, but if I was I wouldn't worry about it as It's my life and I'm not embarrassed or ashamed of it, if someone did recognise me I would say hi lol |

If anyone "local" who knew us outwith this site it wouldnt be too hard to work it out!
Met a very old school friend at cj's the first time we went, caught up with 30 odd years of gossip.
We arent worried as we are both adults and it aint illegal, just being discreet and taking it slowly!
Will eventually bump into people I know from a previous career and that will be funny.
