If ur not sleeping within say 30/45 mins get up don’t just lie there
Never watch/read anything that makes ur mind work overtime carp tv before bed or a serial as apposed to a series (sure I’ve got that the right way round) |

Get up at 0500 run or walk for a hour back to the house 0600 start work 0730 work as hard as you can get home 1930/2030 clean house go to bed 2230 dont touch your phone unless its to set alarm close your eyes and reapeat a poem or a long saying over and over and over and over relax next thing you know your alarm has woken you up the key is when you go to sleep relax keep your eyes closed stay off your phone keep worring thoughts for day time NOT night time |
