Most people I know who participate in anal play use either the ball type enema kit or the one with that looks like a syphon kit with the squeezy ball to flush their ass with water.
These can be very effective and easy to do yourself about an hour before play is to begin and usually ensures everything is clear up to about 7 inch inside.
The alternative is using something like a microlax enema but that might be to unpredictable for you.

Its a small tube of laxative that can be prescribed by doctors for this but no doubt you can find it on the net - there are other alternatives out there but I always found mild soapy water in first amount of water , hold inside as long as possible then keep using clear warm water after until it runs clear does the trick. |

If you're gonna do it, please ensure you use salted water... A quick route to dehydration is doing it with pure water as it leeches the salt from your system.

Pure water will not dehydrate you in fact the opposite it true, it will be absorbed easily into your system where it dilutes the electrolytes in the blood. In severe cases it can disturb the electolyte balance enough to cause kidney problem (even failure), cramps, painful muscle spasms and in very rare cases, death.
Too high a salt water concentration will draw water from your body and can cause dehydration. I am not sure of the concentrations but using water (harvested rainwater or RO pump water) to rehydrate unconscious people is taught on sailing survival courses with the warning that sea water enemas will dehydrate and kill. I have heard that some people use coffee as an enema, I'm sure that there will be instruction on the web for it.

There appears to be a number of conflicting sources of advice... I can however say that one should never try using wine for one. May get you d*unk quickly, but its also a good way to get alcohol poisoning.

As for getting d*unk quickly... you know that last glass that gets stuck in a wine box?
Never be tempted to take the silver bag out of the box, blow air, shake it about for a while, leave it in a warm room and then sook the air out. I did.
when I was helped back to my feet I vowed to never do it again. |

for medical reasons i spent two years using a home enema kit so was given alot of advice from various medical professionals and was always told to use fresh un-distilled water, and lukewarm to avoid shocking the system, i ocassionally if im really ill have to use them now and if i have to use tap water boil it to remove any imputirites and allow to cool covered for about an hour, you shouldnt use soap it can be too much of an irritant and can cause swelling |

warm water and hasbeen - hold it in by squeezing the butt muscles, keep repeating until runs clear.
a friend i know has a shower attachment shaped like a dong and simply swaps the shower head. but you gotta watch the water temp and pressure very carefully.
i know this sounds messy - it is - but it is colonic irrigation (well kind of).
guess its like cleaning the house. hoovering and duting is fine but deep cleaning needed every so often. |
