You have to contact your provider I beleive, either by calling or popping into the nearest shop, I called into my local shop and it was done within minutes.
And you dont need to explain why you want adult content unblocked unless your like me and turn into a blithering idiot |

Same happened on o2 some months ago, I just went into an o2 shop with photo identification and my birth certificate, a driving license/ passport would work equally well, they just do the magic on the computer, switch your phone off and on again and block lifted. Assume its same for 3 network |
