I'd say go for it you don't have to tell anyone what party's you are holding besides most fab events are social anyway they can easily be disguised as other party's |

You're considering buying into a pub at a time when there has never been more pub closures. You're going to need a lot more than the tiny swinging community to keep you profitable.

Depends if the pub is in Dunbar or a city , Glasgow or Edinburgh would be popular for socials now and then but not Dunbar in my opinion. Would be 1 source of income every 3 months or so but would not expect a regular revenue stream from it. |

Well folks I’m looking at the general financials and they look crap
