Welcome guys. As far as non swinging goes, you can't come here and not walk the High Street and visit the Castle - even if just the Esplanade. As for swinging, give me a call - lol.

Also up the high street there are ghost tours which go down into the vaults under the bridges, great refurbished museum on chambers street. Plenty of good restaurants about and a few nice pubs....Swinging wise there is the after8 club but that's about it. A few lapdancing bars etc but not everyone's cup of tea! Cum up and enjoy

We were up last week, the Dome is really nicely decorated for Christmas, it's on George St.

Stockbridge is a nice suburb places to eat etc.

Postponed to Sunday and Monday, staying out near the docks at Leith. Have we made a mistake? Are cabs into town expensive?

If you are near, try 'The Granary' on the shore. Nice place, fairly upmarket-ish (well they let me in lol) and reasonable grub as well. There are loads of buses into town as well as taxis. I hope that you have a great stay !

Yep - Leith is good and taxis not too bad. Good bus service too if you have the time. Most pubs and eateries on the shore are good and Malmaison is very good indeed - tho a bit costly. Of course, Martin Wishart has a Michelin star restaurant there too!
