Well since it's the weather for dipping your spoon...what's your favourite flavour or ice cream...I'd have to go for an ice berg

And a flavour that tickles my fancy would be rum n raisin

I’m on holiday in Fuertaventura, and found a cafe that had watermelon flavour ice cream... amazing in the heat!

Back home it’s an old classic, Mint Choc Chip, with Cookie Dough a modern and respectable runner up

Tablet is easy.

120g butter melt in heavy pan. Add 200ml milk.

Add 1kg sugar heat slowly till all melted. Add 1 tin condensed milk.

Bring to slow boil, low rolling boil, should be white, continue for 20 mins, it will turn a browner colour (or 115c if you have a thermometer). Don't do it quicker than 20mins or it will be too pale.

Add vanilla essence, beat with mixer for 3 minutes, pour out in prepared lined pan, leave to cool, scrape all the bits off the pan and eat while waiting

Ps take off the heat before beating for 3 mins

Once you cut it up into equal squares each piece is worth 9 Weight watcher flex points

I mostly add a nice single malt instead of the vanilla extract. Preferably a speyside
