Do you think 'go girl, express yourself!'?

Or do you think that it breaks the rules of appropriate on-court playing gear?

What do you think fabbers?

She's some man.

She's earned the right to do what she wants on a tennis court.

I wouldn't want to tell her otherwise.

There are very few people who'd be able to pull off that look.

It's not for me to say whether you'd make it in to that very select few.

Sorry... You said she 'earned it' so I thought you were referring to her tennis. My tennis is rubbish and that's what I was meaning.

And no, physically I defo couldn't pull it off and defo not do anything too strenuous in it!

Serena (like her father) has always been her own person and never afraid to express herself. I admire these qualities in a person - I think she has great curves and a fab figure

That's interesting! I read about the material used but no mention of the medical reasons. I shall try to find out

Was something about blood clots. I can't remember where I read it now though most the papers seem to have written about the look of it mostly.

That would make sense. Although you have compression calves and forearm sleeves available.

You're right about the newspapers. Even herself, seen one of her tweets referring to mums as superheroes etc... and showing them it can be done or something like that!

It's interesting, thanks

You could say wearing something like that she is SETting herself up for criticism but I disagree with the RACKET being made about it, personally I LOVE it.

Lol I see what you did there.

I am kind of in two minds about it, I get both arguments.

Great to see someone with a personality. (Putting the medical thing aside)

However... Shouldn't she let her brilliant tennis do the talking? What does it say when people talk more about your outfits than how a brilliant tennis player you are?!

She was there to play a sport, if she considered it the most enabling attire to support her return at the top of her game then crack on.

(She looked amazing but that’s a side issue )

Your right she is a great player and the fact that she is GAME to experiment with potentially perfomance enhancing attire shouldn't NET her that kind of negativity.

People who do have a problem with it are just DUECE bags

I either need a personal inspection, or photographic evidence to reach a conclusion.

I haven’t seen the pic to be honest but surely if she has issues with blood clots she’d be on blood thinners and the cat suit is a gimmick?

She’s running about for several hours not lying in a bed so I don’t see what use a cat suit makes to blood clots. I’m sure for a cat suit to be any use for compression it would be too tight to be comfortable. I had compression stockings after an op in January and they weren’t sexy.
