Just a wee note to those that gave me some good tips and advice about me going to councelling for anxiety/depression.
I've been discharged from my help group and cut my citalopram from 40 mg to 10 mg per day.
I see my kids every weekend from Friday at 6pm until Sunday at 6pm so everything is working out for me now.
Thanks for those who told me that no one would judge me or that there was no one going to laugh at me.
Thanks again folks.

aw thats fantastic news one of the worst things this country is far too good at is bottling things up and creating a stigma, there are far too many people suffering in silence and not seeking out the help they need. At 31 nearly 32 the past two years i have lost in total 34 people through depression that felt they just couldn't take anymore. And that number is just the people I knew personally not the countless more who were friends of friends etc. One of the hardest things to do is ask for help but it is the first step to making a full recovery, I hope that you are extremely proud of yourself and that you continue to improve xx Mental are health problems is not something to be kept quiet and swept under the carpet, it is a problem that affects far more people than society could ever imagine. I just hope that you can take the support you have been given and the new skills you will have learned and use them to your advantage to help and support others. Having a different outlook on life is a wonderful gift embrace it xx
