Given that a paltry % use chat/forums I’d hazard a guess that 99% of fab membership are non bitching/backstabbing and actually shagging.
My recommendation would be to do away with forums and chat. Problem solved.

Tbh I think it is number 1 ..only a portion of users actually use forums or chat rooms and a minority of those are out to cause trouble it's easy to avoid them and enjoy the site and its members without getting involved in drama  |

Don't see how removing the forums would be a good thing as for a lot of users the chat on here is the main reason they logon, especially from a woman's point of view as without the forums all they would get is the main gripe that is having hundreds of unwarranted cock pics rammed down their throats.
