Hi, partner has but I never have. We are going to tour in our caravan for 10days and want to do the fringe festival, looming at sites and thought would fish for our minded people locally to show us around, thanks for getting back to us, we like meeting new from all over and this festival think would be a ball with our type haha xx |

Definitely book at least one set of tickets in advance, a lot of places sell out really fast. The place is mental with activity and all the pubs and bars just explode everywhere. The atmosphere is amazing.
There are a lot of free shows and in the past I have found them to be among the top shows. Up and coming artists need their big break somewhere eh?
Failing any bookings, the street artists alone are everywhere and some are incredible.
Just another single guy here to add to your tour guide list lol

I’m oretty central so this time of year is both a blessing and a curse ha! Would definitely book if you had a specific show in mind, but some of the best have been impulsive. Should be good fun and definitely up for grabbing a drink with folks! |

Hotel prices are extortionate over 500 for a hotel room the letting agents charging 300 per person per night! We are not doing airbnb this year so have a spare bed! Anyone want to enjoy the festivities from somewhere open minded get in touch. 2 min from royal mile |

caravan? I take it you will be down in the caravan site at silverknowes. Great place to be. The views are great in the sunrise. Not only that you are yards away from a well known dogging place. Enjoy. |

Not got anything planned yet but keen to get through to see some shows as it's been a few years since I've been. Any suggestions welcome. I'm in Falkirk so is anyone fro outside the area is come for the fringe and having a day in Falkirk to see the Kelpies and Wheel get in touch - always happy to meet for a social. |

worth taking note...many shows from comedy to dance etc are FREE ,check out FREE fringe and plan to see as many on your day trip that you can ,many of these shows are folk who cant afford hundreds for flyers and posters and big venues but secure a place to perform and pray you wil drop a fiver or more in the bucket on your way out , some great shows for FREE |
