1) this is a hook up site not a bdsm site... Doubt you will find to much bdsm here (somthing I found when I joined)
2)200 times? I'm a sadist and even I wouldn't go that far on a sub/masochist. I don't think that would be safe. The damage done would be a little excessive (this is assuming the you mean across the one area going hard)

Yeah... Even when those countries that uses it as a form of actual lawfull punishment don't do it in more than 60 hits/day(or week)
For safety reasons I don't see that going well... The broken skin and the healing ...i personally would say stay clear of this... The domme can get done for causing serious injury if you had to go to the hospital (bdsm is basically illegal in the UK) and could go to prison.
But if you and the woman involved understand the risks then luck to you... But I would seriously recommend anyone thinking of taking him up on his offer to do a little research into the damage a cane can do.

I agree with most. 200 is rather excessive. But not unattainable.
It all dependant on strength of the strokes and the strike pattern.
My presumption is that there would be no warm up prior. So lighter strokes to build up heat. Quick 50 strokes off coverage. Another 50 to add to the heat. Thereafter you have 10 sets of 10 increasing intensity with breaks between.
Breaking the skin is not a requirement, but a nice raised pattern which provides a delicious bruise pattern could be achieved.
