It’s not even clear that it’s his missus. There seems to be an implication that the other person has a profile here, but for some ‘mysterious’ reason, that can’t be disclosed.

Why the OP thinks anyone would have any interest when neither he nor the supposedly available female are willing to disclose anything about themselves is hard to tell.
