I can testify to the power of M&S hold up. I’m 5’9 and have very “muscular” (ie large) thighs and they stay up a treat 
Of course if they’re not quite up to the task, there are a multitude of homemade fixes to get hold up to stay up  |

As per my username, I'm a wee shorty. I'm pretty sure some girls have posted here before about long legs.
Not jealous at all. I can only suggest long tall Sally or Internet.
