I just watched an old episode of HIGNFY and I forgot how funny and gorgeous Paula was.

....down the Rabbit Hole with a shotgun

I'll agree that Paula was a good looking woman. However I'll be damned I'd stick my widgy in a lass that thought Bob Geldof was worth being and had the crass stupidity to name her children after pet fucking poodles or chihuahuas.

....waits for fugy to enter at the mention of animals....

I thought Tiger Lily was a beautiful name for a baby. Paula was indeed beautiful herself but wasted her life because of drugs.

She was a loon

Chose to take life to be with her dead rockstar boyfriend more than taking care of her children.

"She was a loon

She had depression after his death. Depression is awful and plays havoc with the mind.

She was an unfit mother years before she was diagnosed as medically depressed.

Judgemental much? If you've never been in her position, be grateful. Mental illness is a terrible thing and if you've never experienced it, you really can't imagine what it's like. Up is down , left is right , right is wrong etc . It's a horrible state to be in and no matter how much you think you would be able to cope with it , quite simply you can't. It's not your fault, it is too overwhelming. It really fucks with your decision making processes so be a little more forgiving to those who have to deal with it. One day , it may be you and wouldn't you want some support rather than sniping from the sidelines x

And she may well have been medically depressed years before she was diagnosed.

Yes, it's virtually certain that she was, however, that doesn't detract from the fact that she was a selfish, unfit mother. She didn't become depressed because she was living a wholesome family life.

She put her own wants ahead of her children's needs.

And look where it got them all.

Don't judge anyone by what you have read in the media....most of what the papers spout about people in the public eye I would take with a container load of salt.

ditto, people are so ready to judge and condemn others without knowing the whole truth and background.

Sorry but your comment about not living a wholesome family life is utter shite. Unless you're Bob Geldof or one of her kids then you can only guess as to why she had mental health problems. People regularly take their own lives and there is absolutely no clue to the outside world as to their motives or reasons for doing so. They had the "perfect" marriage, good job, nice car....blah,blah.

Like you though , I feel more sorry for her kids than I do for her.

I saw an interview with her after boyfriend died

She said she wanted to be with him.

If that isn't selfish dunno what is.
