Took the spoils, but an absolutely horrendous show.

Tyson Fury will make an absolute mockery of Joshua, he'd give him an complete lesson in boxing.

Joshua is a hype job. No style, no tactics, no class.

Never seen such fresh looking heavyweights being interviewed after twelve rounds, not a mark on either

Seen better punches thrown in the pub than in that fight

Tyson fury would at least make it a scrap plus we will get the benefit of his press conferences always good for a laugh

And to think that guy is a multi belt holder in the heavyweight division. Boxing really has sunk to new depths

I think it is an exciting time for heavy weight boxing. Now that the klitch hold has been broken on the division it is nice to see others coming through.

I thought AJ didnt do the greatest job yesterday but he clearly didnt fight flat out... his interview after the fight he was hardly out of breath.

Parker suffered from the refs behaviour but the first few rounds he didnt do much.

Cant believe the stick AJ is getting.

Last night wasnt the best fight but once again he fought to his strengths and found a way to win.

In his fights to date, he has shown he has all the attributes. He would destroy Fury and will beat Wilder this year too.

I think u are right about Wilder but Fury is a strange brawler. Will be nice to see what he brings with his return to the ring. Certainly not a predictable fighter. Depends how cocky he gets too.

As written in other thread in this fight AJ worked to a plan and carried it out to a T

Talk of Wilder or Fury wiping the floor with him is just plain stupid.

Fury is a clown who AJ could easily sparkle in the early rounds

Have seen nothing in Wilder to suggest he is anything other than a crude street fighter.

What AJ showed against Parker was a lesson on how to dominate a world class fighter over 12 rounds and almost completely shut him out without breaking a sweat. Tyson Fury can do the same however should Joshua switch tactics mid fight I don’t think Fury has the tools to fend him off

Deontay Wilder if treated the same way Oarkwr was will try and jump all over Joshua and will run out of stamina in the mid rounds. AJ will turn the fight around and KO him easily.

If you think Joshua could "easily sparkle" Fury in the first few rounds, then you couldn't have learned much when you used to box.

fury would newd a good few warm up fights before he could even think of challenging aj.

he is one of the few who could knock him out though wilder is an american dream ie garbage

Tyson Fury is a big awkward giant of a guy who will stand in front of Joshua and try to grab and hit in the inside, something AJ will not allow to happen. He isn’t fast enough to get out of Joshua’s way should Anthony decide to unleash any power

Fury managed to nullify Klitschko because Wladimir didn’t turn up in the night. If Wladimir has fought Fury the way he did Joshua he wouldn’t have lost his title

I’m not saying AJ is the finished article as there are massive chunks in his armour guys like Mike Tyson or any of the Klitschko brothers would have exposed in their younger years.

Wilder is a crude banger who leaves himself wide open when he comes forward. AJ keeps his head and his composure he knocks him out

Lol. Joshua couldn't unleash any power on Parker, who was little more than a heavy bag of an opponent, how's he going to manage to unleash anything at all on Fury?!

As stated on another thread Joshua fought a tactical fight.

Parker is a durable fighter with a good chin who could possibly have taken a good beating and stayed in his feet

Rob McCracken decided to have Joshua outbox him rather than try to blast him and it worked shit one judge had him winning by 11 rounds

Listen between rounds where McCracken asks Joshua how many right hands he threw per round

They were conserving energy and strength and concentrating on winning the fight

It’s something the Klitschko brothers did during their decade ling domination of the day vision

He outboxed a boxer with limited boxing skills and a powerpuff CV - bravo!

Let's not get carried away.

Parker was still a World Champion.

Look at Tyson, he was considered indestructible yet very ordinary boxers with limited skills took him the distance, shit Buster Douglas KO’d him

"Parker was still a World Champion."

Haha, you're funny.

A world champion who didn't have to fight a world champion to earn the accolade.

Turn it in.

Shit happens in boxing too many governing bodies mean too many World Champions per too many weight classes
