Is anyone else looking forward to the "Joshua Vs Parker" fight tonight?

Who do you think will win and why?

I've got money on Joshua, if he can overcome and out box Parkers speed I think he has a good chance of taking the win.

I will hear the results on Sunday, would like to see the fight but paying sky £25 on the day is bollocks

The prices are a joke I won't lie, fortunately my sister's partner works for sky and we are able to get it for free, so make the most of a cheep night with take away and a few drinks don't worry I won't be spoiling the results for anyone.

Was a good fight could have been better if the ref wasn't a complete joke.

Dont know what the ref was doing... really broke Parkers stride.

Tbh the fight of the night was fight before. Gotta feel for Price. The career he could have had.

It was still a good fight for what it was, Joshua did well to keep the distance and pace was a technical bout, not flashy but still good.

Honestly the ref was just a joke unfortunately, I feel like a rematch with a good ref would be a much closer and more explosive fight. Was rough watching Price, credit where credits due, he showed he cared and was going for it.

Its a shame he could make more of Pov's wobbly legs earlier in the fight but they happened too late in the round to build on.

Definitely, that was a really good round between them, he showed a lot of heart to get dropped and to come back and rock pov.

Price proved yet again that he’s got no chin. Can be the biggest hitter in the world but if he can’t take one, especially in that division, he’ll never be a champion.

David Price should consider another career he doesn’t have the chin to mix it with the big boys

Whyte and Chisora are slightly better

Povetkin is dangerous and has the power to mix it unfortunately someone with a harder punch than Price would show him up

The main event went more or less as I thought. Rewatch it and listen the conversation between AJ and Rob McCracken between rounds, “How many rights did you throw in that round”. This was a lunch management exercise.

AJ too often relies on his right hand to blow opponents away early, he needs to learn to manage his energy and go the distance once or twice.

I was once taught why take all night to do what you can in one round. Yes that’s good advice in the beginning to build a name and a reputation. However, once you reach that level someone somewhere is going to force you to go the distance so you need to learn to control and dominate a fight whilst preserving stamina for a long night

This is precisely what AJ is doing. He knew Parker was a durable fighter and wasn’t going to be KO’d early so he paced the fight. Check the score cards he won by a country mile.
